New year, new Lyft. To kick off 2015, we turned the volume up to 10, broke the knob, and kept wailing with a total brand refresh. Think new look, new app, and a new ’stache in every car. As copy lead, I guided the development of our new brand voice and wrote assets ranging from sizzle videos to Glowstache packaging.
In the car, we switched out our old fuzzy mustaches for the sleeker Glowstache.
In the app, we revamped key moments in the user journey, from onboarding to what it feels like to request a ride.
